Customer Success Operations at Coralogix

Shani Kirpichnikove has extensive experience in customer success operations. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Como® where they managed the primary point of contact for Como's strategic customers, developed and managed partnerships relations, and successfully program managed from initiation through implementation. In 2019, they were a PMO at Nitromia, a world-first data security solution that allows computation on encrypted data without the need to decrypt it. In 2020, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Haifa, analyzing and gathering information for a research at the department of Management, specializing in early stage startups. Shani was also a Member of the Founding Team & Director Of Operations and a Member of the Founding Team & PMO at Velotix. Currently, they are a Customer Success Operations at Coralogix.

Shani Kirpichnikove received their B.A in Marketing & Advertising from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2016. They then attended Bar-Ilan University, where they earned an M.B.A in Marketing in 2018. Currently, Shani is enrolled at Jolt.io.
