Angela Shaughnessy Berkey

Angela Shaughnessy Berkey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Angela has held various leadership roles in reservations sales and revenue optimization throughout their career. Angela started their career at Pointe South Mountain Resort, where they worked as the Director of Front Office Operations and later as the Director of Reservations. Angela then moved to Arizona Grand Resort and served as the Director of Reservations and Revenue Optimization. Angela continued their career at Suncadia Resort as the Director of Reservations and Revenue Optimization. Angela then joined Destination Hotels and Resorts as the Director of Regional Reservations - Southwest and later as the Corporate Director of Reservation Sales. Angela's next role was at Two Roads Hospitality, where they worked as the Assistant Vice President, overseeing the reservations sales division. Angela then joined Auberge Resorts Collection as the Corporate Director and later Senior Director of Reservation Sales. Most recently, Angela joined CoralTree Hospitality as the Senior Director of Reservation Sales and CRM. Throughout their career, Angela has demonstrated a strong passion for travel and exceptional service, leading large teams and driving revenue for luxury and urban hotels and resorts.

Angela Shaughnessy Berkey pursued their education at Northern Arizona University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Education. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they attended Ottawa University to earn a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
