Julie Appleford has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to benefits administration, compensation management, and human resources. Julie is currently the Director of Benefits, HRIS & Compensation at CoralTree Hospitality, where they oversee the design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare benefits programs. Prior to this, Julie worked as a Client Operations Lead at Businessolver, where they focused on delivering a high-quality benefits administration experience for clients. Julie also has experience as a Benefits Administrator at Two Roads Hospitality and as a Corporate Benefits & Compensation Coordinator at Destination Hotels & Resorts. Earlier in their career, Julie held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Resort at Squaw Creek and The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, as well as Owner Services Administrator at The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge. Julie began their career as a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones and as a Benefits Coordinator at The Peaks Resort & Spa. Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated strong expertise in benefits administration, compliance, data management, and client relationship management.
