Sarah Neville

Sarah Neville is an experienced professional specializing in inclusive communication, leadership development, and intercultural skills. Currently serving as the Director and Keynote Speaker at Open Line Communications and as an instructor for the Rotman Initiative for Women in Business at the Rotman School of Management, Sarah leads programs aimed at enhancing the skills of female professionals. Additionally, Sarah contributes as an external consultant at BMO Financial Group, designing communication programs, while also teaching at the Intercultural Skills Lab and previously at the Canadian Management Centre. Education includes a Master of Education in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a background in English and Theatre from the University of Manitoba, among other qualifications.
