Erica M. is currently serving as The Business Cohort Associate at Watermark Community Development Corporation since June 2024 and as a Watermark CDC Resident since August 2023, focusing on volunteer management and promotional material design. Concurrently, Erica works as a barista at Watermark Coffee, engaging with approximately 2,000 weekly guests. Erica's previous experience includes roles as a substitute teacher at Coram Deo Academy, a marketing intern at Focus on the Family, and a finance intern at Samaritan's Purse, among others. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, completed in December 2022.
