Carlos Torres Rosales

Carlos was born in Santa Rosa, Ca but has lived his whole life in Healdsburg. He graduated from Healdsburg High School during the 2020-2021 school year and is attending the SRJC to receive his associates degree in business. Carlos also loves to play soccer and hanging out with his dog Bender.

Carlos started working for the City of Healdsburg in 2019. He started out by referring the HYSL games and then moved to working at the after school programs. He has also worked for the city during their summer camps and COVID-19 school camp. He has worked with kids ages 4-13 so far.
