Marty Ziesemer

Ziesemer began as the Director of Athletics at Corban in July 2022 after his time at Tabor College.

Prior to his time with the Tabor College Bluejays, Ziesemer was the head women's soccer coach at Corban for 19 years and transitioned to Tabor after the 2015 season.

Native to the Pacific Northwest where he grew up and started his career, the 1991 graduate of Corban took over the Navy and Gold women’s soccer program in 1996, after the new program had notched just two victories in its first three years of existence. Ziesemer posted a 222-178-23 career coaching record that ranks in the Top 15 all-time in NAIA women’s soccer history.

Away from work, Ziesemer enjoys time with his family, exploring new sites and being outdoors, as well as reading from a variety of authors and subjects. He and his wife Cindy have a son, Daniel, who is a 2020 graduate of Corban and lives in West Salem. Their daughter Shannon and son-in-law Austin Marsh are 2017 graduates of Corban and they have a one-year-old daughter named Hadley, they reside in Redmond, Ore.
