Anthony Hearrell

Tony Hearrell has extensive experience in athletic compliance, starting with their roles at Utah State University where they served as Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance, and Assistant Director for Compliance. Prior to this, Hearrell worked as a Compliance Intern at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they gained experience in monitoring functions through ACS Compliance software, creating rules education materials, and managing rosters. Hearrell also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Real Deal Baseball from 2012 to 2017.

Tony Hearrell earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mars Hill University from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Collegiate Athletic Administration at Coker University from 2016 to 2017.
