Maxim K. has extensive experience in sales and commercial management. Maxim began their career at Far Eastern Bank as a Manager in Correspondent Banking. Maxim then joined Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles including Key Account Manager, Category Manager in Trade Marketing, Account Executive for National Accounts, and Regional Sales Director for the Urals and Volga region in Russia. In these roles, Maxim managed large teams and partnered with key retailers to develop and optimize business strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive sales and profitability. Maxim also developed go-to-market strategies, implemented marketing initiatives, and managed trade funds. Most recently, Maxim worked at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited as a Sales Manager and Commercial Manager for British Columbia, leading the development and implementation of commercial strategies and collaborating with the BC Liquor Distribution Branch to improve sales and grow the company's value share.
