Heidi Rickerd Rizzo

Heidi Rickerd Rizzo is the District VP of Business Development in Napa, CA for Corcoran Global Living. Heidi has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to their current position, they served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors and as Vice President/Principal for Terra Firma Global Partners. Ms. Rickerd Rizzo has also served as SVP/Regional Manager for Pacific Union International and as Founding Partner for Bayside Management and Leasing. Heidi began their career in real estate as the Director of Property Management for Marin County. Throughout their career, Heidi has been responsible for asset management, luxury property sales/acquisitions, relocation, landlord/tenant, renovation and construction management, residential and investment sales.

Heidi Rickerd Rizzo's educational career began at the College of Marin, where they studied psychology, English, and anthropology. Heidi then transferred to Rocklin JC and later Sacramento State College.
