Amanda M. has a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career in 2009 as a Research and Preservation Intern at The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. In 2010, they joined Yale University as a Graduate Student and later became a Graduate Teaching Fellow. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Intern at the New York City Housing Development Corporation. From 2012 to 2014, Amanda worked at the New York City Department of Buildings, initially as a Community Coordinator and then as a Communications Analyst/Interim Deputy Press Secretary. Since 2014, they have been with the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, where they started as a Project Manager and worked their way up to the role of Senior Project Manager and eventually, Marketing Director. In their current position, Amanda leads luxury condominium projects, manages marketing initiatives, and handles corporate communications.

Amanda M. began their education at Brown University in 2005 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies and History in 2009. Following that, they attended Yale University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained their Master of Environmental Design degree with a specialization in Architecture.
