HR Director EMEA at CORCYM

Fabio DI NARDO has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

From 2021 to the present, Fabio is currently working as an HR Director for CORCYM, an independent company that was spun off from LivaNova Heart Valve Business. In this role, they are responsible for the EMEA and India regions, overseeing business partnering, organizational strategies, people management, payroll and administration, and talent acquisition.

Prior to this, Fabio worked as an HR Director for Livanova from 2020 to 2021. Here, they had comprehensive HR responsibilities for the Saluggia site, which operated in the healthcare sector. Fabio successfully transitioned the HV business to a new company within a few months.

From 2016 to 2020, Fabio held two roles at Eaton. Fabio initially served as an HR Manager for two plants in Bosconero and Rivarolo, where they managed various HR functions, including management, development, training, administration, and union relations. Fabio then became an HR Manager for VG EMEA Torino HQ and acted as a business partner for VG EMEA Product Lines in the region. Additionally, they served as the HR liaison for all different business groups in Italy, providing corporate advice on HR matters.

Between 2011 and 2015, Fabio worked as an HR and Industrial Relations Manager for ALSTOM TRANSPORT. Fabio had HR development responsibilities within the site industrial area and was in charge of trade unions and industrial relations for the entire site. Fabio also led a project related to the certification of maintenance skills management.

Fabio's earliest work experience was at Fiat Powertrain Technologies, where they held various roles from 2001 to 2011. Fabio started as a Unit HR Manager at the Mirafiori Plant and then became the Trade-Unions Relations Manager. Later, they moved to Termoli, where they further developed their expertise in contract and labor market flexibility tools, contributing to the start of production of a new product. In 2007, they returned to Turin and assumed the role of HR Development Manager in Turin HQ, becoming the global point of reference for HR development and management issues.

Fabio Di Nardo obtained a Second level degree diploma in the field of executive coaching program from EEC - Scuola Europea di Coaching, completing their education in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued higher education at Università degli Studi di Torino from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Master's Degree in Political Science with a specialization in Economics.
