Kimberly Peterson has extensive experience in sales and client service, currently serving as Account Team Manager at Cord Blood Registry since May 2012, where leadership includes directing a team of seven representatives and coaching them to achieve sales and service goals. Previously, Kimberly worked as a Newborn Stem Cell Educator at the same company, where education and customer service were primary responsibilities. Before joining Cord Blood Registry, Kimberly held the position of Sales Representative at U.S. Foodservice from May 2008 to August 2011, managing 45 accounts and focusing on product value enhancement for restaurant profitability. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Science from the University of Arizona, earned between 1997 and 2002.
