Anil Yadav

Anil Yadav has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Anil started their career as a Business Development Executive at Easypolicy Insurance Web Aggregators Pvt. Ltd. in November 2013, where they primarily focused on tele marketing, outbound calling, pitching insurance plans, and making online sales. In August 2014, they joined IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as a Senior Business Executive. Anil'sresponsibilities included client servicing, promotion handling, consulting clients for efficient service usage, and client retention. Anil then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager in the Key Client Division, where they took care of premium clients, maintained professional relationships, upgraded existing clients, and generated revenue. In October 2017, Anil became the Manager of the Key Client Division and continued to provide immediate resolutions to customer issues, facilitate communication between the team and cross-functional departments, and develop plans to address client needs. Finally, in September 2018, they became a Senior Account Manager and Team Lead for a new division called CSD. Anil successfully completed targets as per the organization's AOP and handled promotion and client servicing for 1200 SMEs while ensuring customer satisfaction and immediate issue resolution.

From 2009 to 2013, Anil Yadav attended SIET, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology.
