Nathaniel MacChia

Nathaniel Macchia is an experienced quality control technician currently working at Cord Blood Registry since May 2021, where contributions include supporting the Quality Department. Previously, Nathaniel served as a Research Specialist at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson from December 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities involved training and mentoring clinical site staff and developing training materials. Nathaniel also held the role of Research Technician, performing laboratory procedures and managing specimen inventory. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Stock Associate at Benny's Home and Auto Store and as a Line Cook at Papa Gino's. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island, earned in 2017.
