Astrid van der Looij

Astrid van der Looij is an experienced HRM and organization consultant, project manager, career coach, and trainer, with a diverse background in organizational and leadership development. Currently serving as an Organisational Expert at Cordaid since October 2018, Astrid provides training and advice to country offices across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, focusing on HR management and policy implementation. In addition, Astrid engages as a freelance intercultural trainer with Learnlight and has held various HR consultancy roles with notable organizations such as PAX for Peace and HealthNet TPO.
