Ashley Ward

Ashley Ward is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in litigation and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Ashley prepares and delivers lectures on family law while overseeing course materials. As Lead Litigator and Litigation Attorney at Cordell & Cordell since August 2016, Ashley has honed skills in various areas of civil litigation, following a role as Associate Attorney at Simmons, Fields and Fanshaw. Previous positions include law clerk and judicial intern under The Honorable Angela M. Eaves, and legal advocate at House of Ruth Maryland, among others. Ashley holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies from Stevenson University.
