Lynn Cooper

Lynn Cooper is a Senior Search Director at Cordia Resources. She partners with clients to get a clear view of their Accounting & Finance hiring needs and business objectives. Lynn’s responsibilities include identifying and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications to ensure qualification match, culture fit, and compatibility. With a deep understanding of the recruiting process, she guides and mentor candidates to find their next career opportunity.

Lynn has spent more than 20 years working as a recruiting expert, while building long-lasting client relationships. Her experience extends to working with companies in various industries, including IT, Professional Services, Hospitality, Managed Services, and Government Contracting. She has a degree in Marketing from Penn State University and is a Denver, Colorado native.

Lynn enjoys spending time playing/coaching sports, especially her kids’ basketball and softball teams. She lives in Virginia with her family and rescue pups Riley and Harper. She’s an avid animal supporter/advocate, Penn State football fan and community volunteer.
