Kenny Kang has worked in the software engineering industry since 1999. Kenny began their career at NBC Internet as a Data Extraction Engineer, where they implemented web robots for real-time crawling and created an early comparison shopping engine using Perl, Caml, MySQL, and Linux. In 2000, they moved to Yellowzone Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on web development, database design, and Windows and Linux system administration for multiple client projects. Kenny then joined MONSTER.COM as a Senior Software Engineer in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Ticketmaster as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed high performance multi-lingual online ticketing websites. In 2009, they joined YP, The Real Yellow Pages® as a Senior Software Engineer, where they proposed and implemented a cloud-based pipelining task management system. In 2012, they moved to Live Nation Entertainment as a Senior Software Engineer, where they implemented a new website eCommerce system with SOA in NodeJS. In 2014, they joined Airsoft Megastore as a Lead Developer/Architect, where they streamlined the online wholesale order processing system and reduced all orders' preparation time by 80%. In 2021, they moved to WorkBoard Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they enhanced enterprise software connectivity and security for multiple external integrations, improved core system test automation, and implemented SSO solutions multiple third party service providers. Kenny is currently working at Cordial as an eCommerce Integrations Engineer.

Kenny Kang attended the University of California, Riverside from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
