Michael Sermersheim has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Loan Team Manager, Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst, and Private Banker at First Republic Bank from 2006. In 2018, they took on two roles, first as a Customer Support Engineer at Sauce Labs, where they solved complex technical issues for customers and collaborated with them to develop testing best practices. Michael then became a Product Engineer at SKILLED, LLC, where they developed a full-stack web application using AngularJS, Node.js/Express, and Apache Cassandra DB.
