Paul Rareshide

Paul Rareshide serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Cordis since 2023, where responsibilities include leading global controllership, financial operations, external reporting, and finance transformation for a medical device manufacturer. Prior to this, Paul was Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Change Healthcare from 2017 to 2023, managing accounting, financial operations, and tax functions and successfully guiding the company through its IPO in 2019. From 2010 to 2017, Paul held multiple roles at NCR Corporation, ultimately serving as Vice President of Finance for the Software Solutions division. Earlier experience includes a Vice President position at Equifax focused on technical accounting and compliance, as well as a decade at Deloitte & Touche LLP in various audit management roles. Paul holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
