Bradley J. has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Sales Support/ Operations Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods in 2011. Bradley then moved to Quicken Loans in 2012, where they held roles as a Senior Mortgage Consultant and Senior Lead Allocation Manager and Channel Strategist. In 2015, Bradley J. became the VP, Director of Sales – Consumer Direct at OneTrust Home Loans. Bradley then moved to Guaranteed Rate in 2018, where they held roles as the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Senior Director of Online Marketing Strategy. In 2021, Bradley J. joined the Forbes Communications Council as a Counsel Member and Contributor. In 2022, Bradley J. became the CEO and Founder of LWR48 Consulting, Chief Marketing Officer of Cordless Media, and Advisory Board Member of Home Lending Pal. In 2023, they became an Advisor at Homing.

Bradley J. completed their Masters in Sport Management/ Finance from Western Michigan University in 2011, having earned their BA in Business Communication/ Public Relations from the same university in 2009. In 2012-2013, they attended L.E.A.D. Groundschool for Leadership Development and Organizational Leadership.
