VP of Energy Infrastructure at Cordoba

San Tenorio has 20 years of experience in major upstream, midstream, downstream, brownfield, greenfield, and EPC projects for gas, liquid and water programs. He has managed multiple projects/programs supporting the design, engineering and construction of infrastructure projects, and has coordinated multiple disciplines, including civil/structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and construction services. His experience also includes developing strategies, goals, and financial forecasts, and overseeing business operations.

As Vice President of Cordoba Corporation’s Energy Infrastructure sector, Sam is responsible for ensuring the sector continues to successfully support the company’s mission of “Making a Difference.” His responsibilities include overseeing the sector’s operations team, managing sector budgets and forecasts, and maximizing efficiency and productivity for the sector’s clients. In addition, Sam is focused on initiatives and programs that further develop the sector’s core competencies, including design, engineering, project/program management, project controls, and construction services.

Prior to his promotion to Vice President, Sam served as Cordoba’s Director of Project Delivery in the Energy Infrastructure sector. In this role, Sam worked with the sector’s Senior Vice President to expand the sector from 10 to 200+ employees by securing new business opportunities, implementing a recruitment strategy to hire exceptional talent, and developing the internal sector infrastructure to organize and support the sector’s team. He developed annual customized business plans with strategic targeted sales and pursuits; managed and guided staff on multiple programs/projects; oversaw budgets and progress on goals; developed financial and business forecasts; and curated new business relationships in conjunction with sector Senior Vice President.
