Michael W.

Michael W. has extensive work experience in various sales and management roles in the chemical industry. Michael started their career as a Sales Assistant at PolymerLatex GmbH in 2003 and progressed to become an Area Sales Manager for Central Europe. Michael then joined PolymerLatex Sdn Bhd as a Marketing Manager for the Asia/Pacific region. In 2011, Michael W. joined Synthomer and served as a Global Sales Manager for Adhesives. Michael later took on roles as Head of Sales for Europe Construction, Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants, European Sales Manager for Coatings and Adhesives, and finally as European Sales Manager for Adhesives. In 2019, they became a Regional Sales Manager for Adhesives & Textiles at Synthomer. Most recently, Michael W. has joined Cordstrap as the Commercial Director for Germany.

Michael W. began their education in 2001 at FH Gelsenkirchen, where they pursued a degree in Diplom Betriebswirt (FH). Michael completed this program in 2007. Additionally, in 2001, Michael also enrolled at Evonik GmbH and obtained a degree in Industriekaufmann in 2003. Outside of their formal education, Michael obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they completed the "Coaching-Skills für Führungskräfte" certification from LinkedIn. Michael also obtained the "Souverän auftreten und überzeugend kommunizieren" certification and the "Digital auf Distanz führen und Ergebnisse erzielen" certification from LinkedIn in October and November 2022, respectively.
