Prior experience includes roles as Director of Marketing at the same company, Market Manager, and Marketing and Sales Manager at Ascend Medical from 2020 to 2022, and various marketing positions at WellStreet Urgent Care from 2015 to 2020. Shannon's earlier experience includes working as a Medical Administrative Assistant in Neurosurgery at UPMC from 2011 to 2014 and as an Office Assistant at Silvers Family Dental Care from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Health Sciences from Liberty University.
