Joe Rogers is an experienced technical professional with a background in system administration and engineering. Currently serving as an Expert System Administrator at Core Digital Media/Lowermybills.com since January 2013, Joe has previously held roles as a Senior System Engineer at Lowermybills.com/Experian and Systems Engineer at Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities included maintaining internet services and VOIP systems. Earlier career highlights include launching the Sun Santa Clara Network Circle campus at Sun Microsystems and working as an Acoustic Design Engineer at both Miller & Kreisel Sound Corporation and JBL/Infinity. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, obtained in 1996.
