Yusuf Hyderbhoy has worked in various roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Management Trainee at Bengal Ambuja Housing Development Limited, where they prepared bank reconciliation statements, MIS reports, and vouchers. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Senior Supervisor of Accounts at Ambuja Realty Development Limited, where they also prepared bank reconciliation statements, MIS reports, and vouchers. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Project Intern at MetLife India Insurance Company Limited, where they were responsible for recruiting Financial Advisors, carrying out Training & Development Programs, and orienting employees. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Executive of HR at Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, and from 2013 to present, they have been the HR & Office Manager at Core Technology Services, Inc.

Yusuf Hyderbhoy completed their schooling from St. Joseph's College in Delhi from 1992 to 2004, where they earned their ICSE & ISC (Delhi Board). From 2004 to 2008, they attended IIMT and earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2009 to 2011, they attended the International School of Business in Kolkata, where they earned their PGDM in Management.
