David Lawrence

David Lawrence has extensive work experience in finance and investor relations. David began their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche in 1998. David then worked as a Director at FTI Consulting from 2004 to 2007, and later as an Analyst at WhiteHorse Capital Partners from 2007 to 2008. David then returned to FTI Consulting as a Managing Director from 2008 to 2014. David furthered their career at Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. as the VP of Treasury and Investor Relations from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of Treasury and Investor Relations at Forterra, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance & FP&A at Core-Mark International since April 2019 and is also the Vice President of Treasury, Investor Relations, and FP&A.

David Lawrence has a BS in Accounting from Washington and Lee University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. David also holds an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor from the Association of Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisors in 2010 and Certified Public Accountant from the Association of Certified Public Accountants in 1999.
