Lesley Fetter

Lesley Fetter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Core Molding Technologies since September 2022, Lesley previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Charter Communications, where support was provided to newly hired Inbound Sales Representatives during their training. Lesley’s career at PPG Industries spanned over three decades, beginning as a Human Resources Representative and advancing to Manager of Human Resources, leading HR functions for manufacturing plants, and managing employee relations and talent development initiatives. Lesley holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, both from West Virginia University.
