Kim began their career at Wentworth Douglass Hospital as a Unit Coordinator, Licensed Nursing Assistant, and National Certified Medical Assistant, where they handled administrative functions and was recognized for exceptional contributions. Kim's work experience demonstrates their expertise in healthcare administration, program development, teaching, and staff management.

Kim Hashem-Dugal earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business & Medical Assisting from McIntosh College. Following that, they attended Daniel Webster College where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Applied Business, also from Daniel Webster College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kim Hashem-Dugal holds a certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
