Robert Heyder has a strong background in real estate and note investing. Robert started their career as an Officer at LaSalle Bank in 2004, where they provided financing for real estate developments and managed a loan portfolio of around $250 million. Robert also evaluated and provided financing for various tax credit and incentive programs. In 2008, they joined The Business Bank of St. Louis as a Vice President, where they financed commercial real estate investments and managed a portfolio of over $50 million in assets. Robert worked closely with clients on NNN and apartment properties. In 2009, they became the President of Core Properties, a real estate company that specializes in buying, selling, managing, rehabbing, flipping, and wholesaling properties. Core Properties focuses on providing a straightforward and professional option for property sales, offering cash to help clients move forward with their lives.
Robert Heyder obtained their Bachelor's Degree of Science with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, College of Business, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they hold a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Agent from the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®, although the specific month and year of the certification have not been provided.
