Chris Montgomery

Chris Montgomery serves as General Counsel at Core Real Estate Capital LLC since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chris was a Member at Frost Brown Todd from February 2017 to January 2022 and held the same position at Dickinson Wright PLLC from July 2013 to January 2017. Earlier legal experience includes working as an Associate at Bricker & Eckler LLP from January 2010 to June 2013. Chris began a career in journalism, serving as a Reporter for The Plain Dealer from 2004 to 2006 and for the Dayton Daily News from 2001 to 2004. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (2006-2009), a Master's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University (1999-2000), and a Bachelor's degree in History from Princeton University (1995-1999).
