Marian Matthies

Marian Matthies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation management and customer experience. Currently serving as Transformation Director at CORE since January 2022, Marian has held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner at Xellience Advisory Partners GmbH and multiple positions at Jaguar Land Rover related to customer experience initiatives. Previous roles also include Managing Director at SIDUM e.V. and Project Lead at Himmelstoß, Himmen, Kuehnel, Matthies & Zimmermann Consulting GbR, among others. Marian's educational background includes a degree from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, completed in 2017.
