About
Adam handles all of Core’s legal matters, predominantly focusing on Core’s real estate transactions. His role includes the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, operating agreements and financing documents.
Adam practiced law in the real estate departments of various leading national law firms for 15 years prior to joining Core. For the 7 years immediately prior to joining Core, Adam was a partner in the real estate department of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. At Kirkland, Adam represented public and private real estate investors, operators and developers (directly and indirectly through joint ventures) in all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, operating agreements, mortgage financings, and other structured financing arrangements.
Adam has a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College (the Claremont Colleges).
