Jason Keith

Jason Keith is the Managing Director of Asset Management at Core Spaces. Jason has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has held various positions in asset management, capital markets, and loan resolution. Jason began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sabre Holdings in July 2010. Jason was promoted to Senior Manager at Mesirow Financial Real Estate in November 2004. In September 2011, they joined OneWest Bank as Vice President and was responsible for resolving non-performing loans and managing REO properties. In July 2015, they joined Cohen Financial as Director of the Capital Markets Group where they were responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of debt and equity for commercial real estate owners and developers nationwide. In February 2017, Jason Keith joined The Scion Group as Director of Asset Management where they led the Asset Management Department which is responsible for maximizing financial performance of the $5.0 billion Student Housing portfolio consisting of over 80 assets.

Jason Keith has a MBA in finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in finance from Indiana University Bloomington.

Their manager is Scott Stager, EVP of Asset Management.
