Oleg Cheine

Oleg Cheine is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Core State Holdings, Corp. since January 2014. Under Oleg's leadership, the company has focused on the cannabis community, particularly through the platform CannaSOS, which aims to be a primary resource for both recreational and medicinal marijuana users. In addition to this role, Oleg has been managing the Virtual Call Center and serving as Chairman at Acelloria since January 2010, emphasizing the transition from traditional marketing to online strategies. Previous experience includes a directorial position at Carrier Connex, where Oleg oversaw security and monitoring systems, a pivotal role in sales management at Phone Time Inc., and the presidency of T-One Communications, where Oleg led the company to become Canada's first alternative long-distance provider.
