Sally Ward is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Managing Partner at Learning Curve since October 2023 and as a People & Performance Consultant at Sally Ward Solutions since October 2019. With extensive experience as a Master Facilitator at Core Strengths and a proven track record in leadership roles such as Director of Operations at REAL Leaders CIC and Learning and OD Programme Manager at Metropolitan Thames Valley, Sally has been instrumental in driving organizational change and enhancing performance through innovative L&D strategies. Key achievements include leading culture change initiatives, implementing leadership development programs, and overseeing significant organizational projects aimed at improving communication and collaboration. Sally holds an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Derby and a BSc in Media Communications and Sociology from Bath Spa University.
