Mohamed Khalil

Mohamed Khalil is an experienced IT professional with extensive background in service desk management, technical support, and network administration. Currently serving as the Service Desk and Field Engineers Manager at Core Technology Systems since May 2023, Mohamed previously held multiple roles at Wipro from September 2017 to June 2023, including Service Desk Manager and Knowledge Manager, where responsibilities encompassed knowledge management processes, team training, and participation in change management.
