Jeff Galloway began their career in 2014 as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. In 2018, they moved to West Monroe Partners as a Customer Experience Manager, where they led digital transformation initiatives on the Salesforce and nCino platforms for mid-market banks, credit unions, and agricultural lenders. Their responsibilities included leading requirements gathering sessions, defining application and process design, developing the solutions through agile build sprints, leading QA and UAT sessions, leading end user training sessions, and supporting system go-lives. In 2020, they founded and consulted for Origin CRM, which was later acquired by Core10. Jeff currently holds the role of VP Application Services at Core10.

Jeff Galloway obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Business Analytics from Arizona State University between 2013 and 2015. Jeff also holds numerous certifications from Salesforce, nCino, Inc., and CFA Institute, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect (both obtained in 2020), nCino Certified Administrator (obtained in May 2016), Salesforce Certified Administrator (obtained in 2016), and CFA Level III Candidate. Additionally, Jeff holds certifications from Salesforce in Data Architecture and Management Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Identity and Access Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Sharing and Visibility Designer.
