Natalie Thiele has a diverse work experience that spans over several fields. Natalie started their career as an Independent Tutor, freelancing from 2007 to 2022. During this time, they gained extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students. From 2008 to 2011, Natalie worked as a Part-Time Instructor at Global LT, where they continued to share their knowledge and expertise.

In 2011, Natalie joined Auburn University Intensive English Program as an ESL Instructor, teaching Level 2/3 Reading.
