Tony Nigrelli, CSPO CSM

Tony Nigrelli has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, delivery, and quality assurance. Starting in 2000, they worked at Evolved Digital Solutions as the Director of Product Management and QA Manager, where they led product steering committees, developed user administration strategies, and managed code roll cycles. From 2004 to 2007, Tony worked at the National Federation of Independent Business as a Manager of Quality Assurance, responsible for creating the QA department and managing technical resources. Tony then joined ProfitStars as a Manager of Quality Assurance from 2007 to 2011, focusing on QA for accounts receivable financing software and employee development. Tony's next role was at Asurion, where they served as a Senior Manager of Web IT Product Owner and Delivery, managing development teams and transitioning to agile processes. Tony also held the position of Senior Manager/Manager of Quality Assurance, overseeing a large QA team and implementing a recruiting program. At FIS - Fidelity Information Services, Tony worked as a Product Owner, responsible for managing web applications and payment processing software. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations and Delivery at Core10, where they lead strategic development, delivery, and professional services. Tony has also been involved in implementing Agile methodologies and serving as a product owner and scrum master.

Tony Nigrelli, CSPO CSM, holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Central University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic achievements, Tony has obtained various certifications, including PMC - III (Pragmatic Marketing Certified) from Pragmatic Marketing, Inc in September 2014, a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2016, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2013.
