Atif Mahmood

Atif Mahmood is a highly experienced finance executive with a robust background in investment management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer Investments at Corebridge Financial since September 2022, Atif previously held multiple senior roles at AIG from 2004 to 2022, including Chief Financial Officer of the Asset Management Group. In these roles, Atif managed large teams, oversaw the implementation of key financial processes, and handled regulatory compliance including Federal Reserve and SEC examinations. Notable accomplishments include establishing Shared Services in Manila, managing complex acquisition integrations, and implementing advanced financial systems. Atif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College, achieved between 1996 and 2001.
