David Weisser, MS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Analytics Partner at Corebridge Financial, focusing on designing questions and discovering answers that foster success. With extensive experience in the human resources consulting field, Weisser is also the CEO of SpringBOLT Solutions since 2008. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Perceptyx, Inc., Senior Consultant at Talent Plus, Inc., and Director of Consulting at Quantum Workplace, among others. Weisser's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Survey Research & Methodology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
