Karen Kolodzej

Karen Kolodzej is currently the Head of Creative Solutions at Corebridge Financial, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Karen served at AIG from February 2014 to October 2022, where titles included Head of Creative Solutions and VP of Strategic Marketing for AIG Life USA, along with a position as Creative Director in Life Marketing. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Creative and Meeting Services at Aviva USA from 2006 to 2013 and holding various creative roles at AmerUs Group from 1986 to 2006, including Creative Director and Art Director. Karen Kolodzej holds a BFA in Visual Communications from Herron School of Art, Indiana University and a BA in Journalism from Franklin College.
