Mike Brennan

Mike Brennan serves as Deputy General Counsel at Corebridge Financial, following a successful tenure as Associate General Counsel at both Corebridge Financial and AIG, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters for Life & Retirement and leading the legal team at Fortitude Life and Annuities Solutions. Previously, Mike held significant compliance and legal positions at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., Target, and Allianz Life, ultimately rising to the role of Chief Compliance Officer. Educationally, Mike Brennan earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Saint John's University.
