Phillip Ukleja

Phillip Ukleja currently serves as Vice President of Compensation at Corebridge Financial, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Phillip spent over a decade at AIG in various roles, including Senior Director of Compensation and Senior Director of People Analytics, where responsibilities included consulting on compensation programs for global functions and leading extensive compensation review initiatives. Phillip also held strategic positions within AIG Life & Retirement and American General Life Companies, focusing on compensation systems, workforce analytics, and HR policy development. With a foundation in systems support and operations, Phillip's experience spans multiple roles that contribute to talent acquisition and retention initiatives. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Leadership from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Information Management from Upper Iowa University.
