Kelly Newton

Kelly Newton is currently a Marketing Executive at Corecom Consulting. Prior to that, they were with 1492 Ltd from May 2019 to December 2019 where they served as Marketing Assistant/Project Coordinator.

In their previous role, they were responsible for managing the social media accounts of the company using Hoot-suite. Kelly also created content for all channels including job updates, meet the team, charity, office activities, info-graphics, and blogs using Canva and MS programs. In addition, Kelly Newton was also responsible for designing new business cards for the Managing Directors.

When it comes to finances, Kelly Newton is very hands-on. Kelly takes care of invoicing clients, use Xero to reconcile accounts, creates cash flow forecasts, and keep the boards updated with fees. Kelly also has a knack for building relationships with suppliers, clients, and candidates while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Kelly Newton is also known for their ability to create reports based on vacancy statistics, industry news, and pipeline information. When it comes to sourcing candidates, they rely on online job boards such as Total and CV Library.

During their time with 1492 Ltd, they were able to help get all social media channels up and running using the new brand guidelines and strategy. Kelly also contributed to the design and development of the new website which saw an increase in followers by 33%.

Kelly Newton has a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management from Leeds Beckett University. Kelly also has a Business degree from Chesterfield College. Kelly has 9 GCSE's A-B from Brookfield Community School.
