Peter Gelinas

Peter Gelinas currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at CoRegen Inc., following a role as Senior Vice President and Head of CMC at AffyImmune Therapeutics, where strategic oversight of technical operations for a Phase 1 autologous CAR-T cell therapy was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Peter held multiple senior positions at ElevateBio, leading clinical manufacturing operations and developing CMC regulatory strategies for gene and cell therapy products. Peter's earlier experience includes significant roles at bluebird bio, where management of CMC activities for the gene therapy ZYNTEGLO™ took place, as well as project leadership at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, overseeing manufacturing for clinical trials and operational management within the Stem Cell Transplant Lab. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Biology from Springfield College.
