Obed Rivera

Obed Rivera has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Obed is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Coregistics since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Arnold Transportation Services from 2019 to 2022 and held various other roles including VP-Finance and Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2019.

Before joining Arnold Transportation Services, Rivera worked at Stone Trucking as a Finance Director where they provided financial planning and analysis support for the company's franchise terminal growth strategy.

Rivera also worked as the Director of Operational Finance at LinkAmerica Corporation from 2008 to 2011, where they supported executive management with financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and process improvement projects. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Gene Hyde Trucking Co., Inc. from 2007 to 2008, where they assisted in developing and implementing strategic goals for the company.

Rivera's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Controller at Oldcastle Lawn & Garden from 2004 to 2007, where they worked closely with plant managers on inventory costing and control, budgeting, and financial analysis. Obed also worked as the Controller at Greenleaf Products, Inc. from 2001 to 2004, where they played a key role in the company's growth and its subsequent sale to Oldcastle Lawn & Garden. Rivera began their career as an Audit Senior at GT Nunez & Associates, P.A from 1997 to 2001, where they were responsible for audit planning and execution, tax return preparation, and consulting services.

Obed Rivera received a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Florida, where they studied at the institution from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Webber International University from 1995 to 1997, earning a degree in Accounting.
