Tanya Keshishian

Tanya Keshishian provides leadership, training and oversight to Coreland Companies’ real estate management teams and select client portfolios. She possesses more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with specific expertise in retail property types.

Prior to joining Coreland, Ms. Keshishian served as Portfolio Asset Manager for Rothbart Development Corporation, overseeing a portfolio of 3.1 million square feet of commercial real estate, as well as 100-plus acres of undeveloped land. She guided the development of major tenant- and grocery-anchored shopping centers, as well the implementation of policies and procedures associated to its management.

Ms. Keshishian’s past experience also includes nearly 20 years of escalating positions as a Manager, Portfolio Manager and Regional Director with third-party management firms Shelter Bay Retail Group and Capital Commercial Management. Within these roles, she was responsible for the operations of more than 5 million square feet of Southern California retail and mixed-use properties.

Ms. Keshishian possesses a California real estate license and is an active participant of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
